Assembly Bill 109 Program Description
Utilizing community reintegration paradigm established by current California Law to reduce the state prison population for those individuals who meet qualifications. Those who are referred receive a full array of health services utilizing the holistic approach with the ultimate goal of successfully completing all probationary requirements and becoming integrated back into their community as law abiding citizens.
