Program Description
Full Service Partnership (FSP) is a comprehensive and intensive mental health program for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. FSP utilizes a “whatever it takes” field-based approach using innovative interventions to help people reach their recovery goals. FSP programs have a multi-disciplinary team consisting of clinicians, para-professionals, and consumers that provide a wealth of resources and support.
FSP has the following four sub-programs
Housing Full Service Partnership (FSP)
- Primarily focuses on helping individuals learn skills to maintain housing in a stable environment.
Forensic Full Service Partnership (FSP)
- Focused on the justice-involved population to improve communication skills.
Residential Full Service Partnership (FSP)
- Serves clients coming out of long-term psychiatric hospital and reintegrating back into the community, with the goal of teaching them independence.
Homeless Full Service Partnership (FSP)
- Focuses on homeless population, stabilized mental health symptoms, and reintegration into the community.
